• Order data: products purchased, order value, and order history. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
• Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and time on site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your data and our legal basis

• To process, deliver, and support your orders, including returns and refunds (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To answer your questions and prevent fraud (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To send marketing emails, only if you have subscribed, and to use analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing your data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, such as our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, delivery carriers, order tracking and email providers, and, with your consent, analytics and advertising partners.
