These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of maisonlamode.com and any order you place with Maison La Mode ("we", "us", "our"), Fryderyka Joliot-Curie 10, 02-646 Warsaw, Poland. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering.
All prices are in euro (EUR). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
You receive an order confirmation by email after placing your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud, in which case you receive a full refund.
We deliver to Ireland only. Delivery is free on all orders. Processing and delivery times are described in our Delivery Policy.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days under the conditions of our Return and Refund Policy. To withdraw, email support@maisonlamode.com with your order number.
You are entitled to the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us and we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law.
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with its operation. All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Maison La Mode or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Our website may contain links to or use services from third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable or for business losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
